## License Questions

### What counts as a project?

A product: a website, with its subdomains and test environments, or an app. Full Personal covers one product of your own and Full one project; Lite and Full Unlimited cover unlimited projects. Developers are never counted.

### Full Personal or Full?

Full Personal is the Full, with every tool, for one person, an individual or a one-person company, using the editor in a product of their own. It is never for a client: a freelancer who builds a client's site buys Full, because the product is the client's.

### We are an agency. Which plan?

Full Unlimited: one company, unlimited projects, its own and the ones it builds for clients, with unlimited developers. It costs three Full, so it pays from the third project. Your clients keep using the version you delivered; an update after your 12 months needs your renewal or a license of the client's own.

### When is it Full OEM?

When the editor reaches your customers and they use it in their own products: a site builder, an online store platform, a CMS where each subscriber has a site, a white-label app sold to many clients. A SaaS whose users edit photos inside it is Full, even with millions of users. Full OEM is a fixed yearly price per platform, from $9,999, with no count of subscribers and no royalty; a larger platform contract goes through hello@embededitor.com. It includes every tool, use by all your subscribers with no mention of Embed Editor to them, and priority support.

### What happens after the 12 months?

The subscription renews automatically at the same price and adds 12 more months of updates and support. If you cancel, you keep using the last version you received, and every version released until then stays installable. The editor never stops working: there is no license check in the browser, no domain lock and no call to our servers.

### Can I upgrade?

Yes. From Lite or Full Personal to Full, or from Full to Full Unlimited, you pay the difference: write to hello@embededitor.com. There is no downgrade: cancel, keep what you have, and buy the smaller plan.

### Can I get a refund?

Yes: within 30 days of a payment, in full, no questions asked. Refunding the first payment revokes the license and its key; refunding a renewal takes back the 12 months it added.
