# Refund Policy

Ask within 30 days of a payment and you get it back in full. No questions asked.

## How to Ask

Write to [hello@embededitor.com](mailto:hello@embededitor.com) from the e-mail you bought with, or ask Paddle, which processed the payment, at [paddle.net](https://paddle.net).

Paddle returns the money to the payment method you used.

## What a Refund Does to the License

A refund takes back what its payment bought. Refunding the first payment revokes the license, and its key stops working on our registry. Refunding a renewal takes back the 12 months of updates and support it added.

## Canceling Instead

To stop the next renewal without a refund, cancel the subscription in Manage Billing, in your account at [account.embededitor.com](https://account.embededitor.com). You keep using the last version you received.
