Ask within 30 days of a payment and you get it back in full. No questions asked.
How to Ask
Write to hello@embededitor.com from the e-mail you bought with, or ask Paddle, which processed the payment, at paddle.net.
Paddle returns the money to the payment method you used.
What a Refund Does to the License
A refund takes back what its payment bought. Refunding the first payment revokes the license, and its key stops working on our registry. Refunding a renewal takes back the 12 months of updates and support it added.
Canceling Instead
To stop the next renewal without a refund, cancel the subscription in Manage Billing, in your account at account.embededitor.com. You keep using the last version you received.
